Levitt AMP Flint Music Series brings global sounds to Totem Books’ back lawn

FLINT, Michigan — Communities First, Inc. (CFI) is bringing music, food, and fun to Flint with the 2025 Levitt AMP Flint Music Series, now underway through Sept. 30. The free concert series features 10 live performances by artists from around the globe, ranging from jazz and zydeco to Latin fusion and indie-pop.

Events take place every other Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Totem Books’ back lawn (620 W. Court St). Parking is available nearby, and each event includes food trucks, games, and local community resources.

A special concert on Friday, Aug. 1, will be held on the Flint City Hall back lawn, starting at 6:00 p.m., and followed by 'Movies Under the Stars,' which is a beloved CFI tradition.
