Santiago Ochoa attends UM-Flint and serves as managing editor of it's newspaper, The Michigan Times. He has done reporting for the Inter American Press Association and The New York Times. When not working, he can be found playing his tuba in different venues throughout the Flint downtown area, where he also lives.
